个人简介:陈国兵,教授、博士生导师、博士后合作导师、暨南大学基础医学与公共卫生学院副院长、老年免疫研究所所长、粤港澳老年科学高校联合重点实验室主任。主要从事老年医学,特别是人体老年免疫学方面的研究。近年在Nature Aging、Ageing Research Reviews、Cell Reports等高水平杂志发表多篇研究论文。近年来主持国家自然科学基金委应急项目、重大计划培育项目、NSFC-广东联合基金重点项目、国家重点研发计划“主动健康与老龄化科技应对”重点专项课题、国家实验室(广州实验室)重点项目课题、广东省医学科学院重点项目及广东省、广州市等多项科研课题。现为中国老年学和老年医学学会老年病学专家委员会常委、衰老基础医学专家委员会委员、抗衰老专家委员会委员,中国生物物理学会衰老生物学分会委员,中国病理生理学会系统生物学委员会委员,广东省老年医学会老年免疫学组组长,广东省免疫学会常务理事及老年免疫学专家委员会主任委员,广东省转化医学学会常务理事,广东省生物医学工程学会重症医学分会副主任委员,美国Johns Hopkins Center on Aging and Immune Remodeling (JH CAIR)成员,挪威老年健康研究联盟成员,Aging Research主编,Frontier in Aging和Frontier in Immunology副主编。


主要研究方向:

1.衰老及衰弱的免疫学机制及应用研究系统研究了衰老在基因转录和表基因调控水平的发生机制,并鉴定了一大批和衰老免疫相关的分子机制。该结果将可用于进一步抗衰老及衰老免疫功能调节的生物制品和药物的研发,并可望发现一些新基因。目前主要研究人体衰弱的血清学、转录组、表基因组、免疫组学、肠道微生物组学等多组学研究及相关分子标记物的鉴定工作。

2.抗原特异性T细胞受体(TCR)的鉴定及组库数据库的建立和应用。开发建立了基于单细胞水平的病毒特异性T细胞抗原受体完整结构的检测方法,广泛应用在病毒性(聚焦新冠病毒、寨卡病毒、登革热病毒、流感病毒等)、细菌性、肿瘤性和自身免疫性抗原等研究上,建立抗原特异性T细胞抗原受体结构数据库,并开发应用在相应的疾病检测、预后判断和疫苗设计工作中。

3.神经退行性疾病的免疫代谢机制及应用研究。线粒体自噬发现在阿尔兹海默症(老年痴呆AD)中扮演重要作用。我们通过线粒体自噬过程中关键基因修饰的动物模型,在AD模型鼠中研究线粒体自噬及相对应的免疫代谢机制在神经退行性疾病中的保护机制,并基于此开发相对应的靶向治疗药物。
