卢大林，现任暨南大学基础医学与公共卫生学院流行病学教研室主任、副教授。主要从事非传染病流行病学等研究。主持国家自然科学基金 1 项，获省部级科学奖1项，已在 Journal of the National Cancer Institute 等国际著名期刊发表多篇论文，并获德国海德堡大学“优秀博士”荣誉。应用流行病与卫生统计学等多学科交叉研究取得的主要成果包括：1.最先发现血液中的内源性选择性雌激素受体调节剂(27-羟基胆固醇)能够显著降低绝经后女性患雌激素受体阳性乳腺癌的风险; 2.率先发现使用外源性的荷尔蒙替代疗法能够削弱 27-羟基胆固醇在绝经后女性中预防乳腺癌的效应。回国后，和多家三甲医院合作，开展流行病与卫生统计学和肿瘤学多学科交叉研究，通过解决公共卫生问题，为国家培养交叉学科人才。
