王一阳,暨南大学基础医与公共卫生学院教授,医学博士,博士生导师,“暨南双百英才计划”。
近年来主要进行泛素化修饰信号通路在炎症和肿瘤等疾病发生发展过程中的作用机制研究。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目,获得暨南双百英才计划资助。在国内外优秀杂志发表论文20余篇,其中包括第一或通讯作者在Nature Communications,Science Advances,J Am Chem Soc,Cell Chemical Biology,FASEB J,Critical Care等一区或Top论文近10篇,担任SCI杂志Cardiology Research and Practice的编委。主持教改项目两项。
2007至2013年于暨南大学医学院病理生理学系攻读硕士和博士学位,主要进行脓毒症性心功能障碍方面的研究。
2013年博士毕业之后到美国乔治亚州立大学进行了三年的博士后研究工作,研究内容是通过对泛素化系统的改造,发现某些泛素连接酶E3的特异性靶蛋白。相关研究已经分别发表于Nature Communications和Science Advances。此后于2016年底到2018年7月,在美国Scripps研究所Peter Schultz院士课题组继续进行博士后的研究工作,主要进行针对治疗癌症的免疫检查点药物的开发与研究。合成了抗PD-L1/CTLA4抗体与小分子化合物的复合体;针对大肠杆菌E. coli基因组学的研究,发现了能诱导基因组DNA突变成RNA的基因,相关成果发表于杂志JACS(《美国化学会志》)。于2018年7月,通过暨南大学人才引进政策,进入暨南大学基础医学院病理生理学系任教。
