以下为本课题组的重点研究方向：
（1）γδ T细胞在抗肿瘤中的分子机制，重点关注代谢调控，自噬，铁死亡等方向。
（2）肿瘤微环境对免疫细胞特别是γδ T细胞功能编辑的单细胞图谱与分子机制。
（3）纳米材料在肿瘤免疫中的作用机制及应用，主要研究纳米材料的免疫学正调效应、机制及应用。

个人简介：
本人近年来主要从事γδ T 细胞的抗肿瘤临床与基础研究。前期参与了将健康人来源的异体γδ T 细胞应用于晚期恶性肿瘤的临床治疗研究，在国际上率先证明了异体γδ T细胞的临床安全性，并证明其在肝癌及肺癌中具有临床疗效（CTM, 2022共同一作，共同通讯作者；JITC, 2019；CMI，2020，共同作者)。并通过体外和小鼠乳腺癌治疗模型探讨了通过调控γδ T细胞代谢变化影响乳腺肿瘤治疗效果的可能 (Biomaterials, 2019，共同一作排第一)。同时对肿瘤微环境对γδ T细胞死亡途径，代谢及效应功能的影响进行了充分的调研及研究 (Front. Immunol., 2022，共同一作；Front. Immunol., 2021，共同通讯)。
本人对大学教师的理解是其不仅要具备良好的科研素质，更为关键的是要做好教学及研究生指导这门良心活，真正为国家和社会培养未来的建设人才。故科研，教学及研究生（本科生）科研培训是我个人工作的三大板块，力求做到平衡兼顾。
